The End of April
Victoria Cross brings a wealth of
natural skills to her work as a PI. She is bright, fun, has initiative
and perseverance. She is also, by profession, an archivist.
When Aunt Rosemary, a professor at Oxford, asks Tor to come home from New York, to help in the transcription of 'illicit sexual writings from the 19th century.... how could anybody resist? Tor readily agrees. And to add to the charms of the job, is the beautiful April Tate...
Sudden death intrudes, violently and life becomes even more complicated for the intrepid PI.
